Dr. Marc Struhalla,
Managing Director
Marc Struhalla is one of the founders and managing director of c-LEcta. Marc Struhalla gained his Ph.D. at the University of Hamburg following an undergraduate study in biochemistry at the University of Leipzig. On completion of his Ph.D. he returned to the University of Leipzig before co-founding c-LEcta.
Dr. Thomas Greiner-Stöffele,
CSO
Dr. Greiner-Stöffele is the co-founder and CSO of c-LEcta. Based in biochemistry studies at the University of Leipzig he received a Ph.D. at the Leipzig Institute for Biochemistry. After working for the Max-Planck-Institute for Biophysical Chemistry in Göttingen, in 2001 he started up the junior research group “Protein Engineering” at the biotechnological-biomedical centre of the University of Leipzig. After founding the company with Marc Struhalla in 2004, he became CSO of c-LEcta and until end of 2008 he also was the head of the junior research group “White Biotechnology” based at the University of Leipzig.
Carsten Fietz,
CFO
In 2004 Carsten Fietz became CFO of c-LEcta GmbH. He studied Business Administration at the Friedrich-Schiller University in Jena and has experience as a consultant in the Life Science industry as well as biotechnology company foundation.
