c-LEcta offers regulatory support for the food market
In view of the Food Improvement Agents Package (FIAP) of the European Union harmonizing the usage and the approval of food additives, flavourings, and enzymes in foodstuff within the EU, c LEcta offers suitable production systems for producing enzymes to be used in food applications. Besides the provision of approval compatible production strains, the offer covers the set-up of stable processes for the production of representative enzyme batches and the performance of the required product analyses for the approval dossiers. On request, we moreover offer the coordination of the toxicological studies as well as the preparation of the approval dossiers in close cooperation with external consultants.
