The Quality Control department is responsible for the analysis and release of high‑quality biotechnological products. These products are tested according to defined quality requirements for critical raw materials used in the biopharmaceutical and food industries, all within an EXCiPACT‑certified environment.

Your main tasks:
- Reviewing internal and external analysis results according to internal standards in an EXCiPACT-certified environment
- Coordinating analyses at external analytical laboratories
- Creating and maintaining QC-specific documents
- Assisting in handling deviations and change procedures
- Coordinating and providing technical support for method transfers
- Coordinating and documenting of validation procedures for analytical methods and stability programs
- As a QC Manager, you will work closely with the lab team and report to the Head of the QC Department
Your skills:
- Education: Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: Hands‑on experience with analytical methods (enzymatic assays, enzyme activity testing, and ideally molecular biology, microbiology, or HPLC).
- Work style:
Strong analytical thinking, ideally with basic knowledge of statistics and enzyme reactions.
High motivation to learn new methods and optimize processes; proactive and self‑driven.
Proficient in standard office applications (especially MS Word and MS Excel).
- Personality:
Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
Well‑organized, careful, and able to work independently.
- Languages: Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
