Safety, health & environment

c-LEcta’s integrated quality system is not merely a product quality system but also covers our everyday processes related to the environment, occupational health and safety, and social responsibility. We understand our integrated EHS system as one of the core values of our business aiming at a contribution to a social and sustainable economy.

As a food industry supplier, we aim to ensure food safety and optimum product quality while continuously pursuing improvements throughout the manufacturing processes and supply chains. To identify risks associated with physical, chemical, and microbial contamination of products c-LEcta has implemented a HACCP plan covering the whole production flow from raw materials to finished food-grade products.

Relevant principles of food hygiene as proposed by the Codex Alimentarius Commission are fully integrated and extend our quality management-based production conditions. These include for example comprehensive personal hygiene measures, use of hygienically designed production equipment and cleaning procedures through CIP systems as well as hygienic packaging, storage and transportation of food-grade products.
