The highly efficient multi-enzyme biotransformation developed by c-LEcta enables the production of corresponding plant-based sweetener in very large quantities at competitive costs.
The technology is marketed in partnership with a leading provider of food additives. The sweetener product is already approved in many countries and regions and has been available as a commercial product since 2018.
