As part of our R&D team, you will take on the role of Laboratory Service Employee (internally referred to as Technical Assistant) and play a key role behind the scenes. Important Note on the Role
This position is intentionally designed as a stable, long-term role in laboratory services and mainly involves operational, recurring tasks within clearly defined processes. It is particularly suited to you if you:

  • enjoy working behind the scenes and taking responsibility for operational workflows
  • feel comfortable in a structured working environment
  • are looking for a long-term perspective in this specific field of work
If, on the other hand, you are aiming for a strongly research- or career-driven path with a short-term move into scientific roles, this position may not be the best fit.
The role is not designed as a stepping stone into research-focused positions.
