At our Leipzig site, the Kerry Biotechnology Centre at Alte Messe, around 130 employees work in a modern research and production environment. In addition to our R&D activities, we operate our own pilot and production facility, where biotechnological processes are scaled up and prepared for industrial application.
Production Team Leipzig
Our production team is a key part of this value chain and plays a decisive role in reliably transferring innovative products into application.

Important note about the role
This position is intentionally designed as a stable, long-term role in production and involves operational tasks within clearly defined processes that may vary depending on the product and production requirements.
Sie eignet sich besonders für dich, wenn du:
- enjoy hands-on work and taking responsibility in ongoing production processes
- can adapt flexibly to different products, workflows, and requirements
- work carefully, reliably, and with a strong focus on quality – even over extended periods
- feel comfortable in a structured environment while bringing the necessary adaptability
- value a strong team environment and want to become part of a stable team in the long term
Reliability and a strong team fit are particularly important for success in this role.
If, on the other hand, you are aiming for a strongly career-driven path with a short-term move into other functions (e.g., R&D, engineering, or management), this position may not be the best fit.
The role is designed for long-term engagement in a production environment.
